This is what I used on <a href="http://www.sfflatheads.com" rel="nofollow">SF Flatheads</a>. I think you said you’ve used Suckerfish too, right?

Hmm. Finally fell back on what worked for <a href="http://www.californiavagabond.com" rel="nofollow">californiavagabond.com</a> (see file: solar-horiz.css, don't forget /code/ folder). Simple and works!
