You’re all set up with Google Apps, loving it, and want to add a new email address. Not just a forwarder, but a real account with POP access and webmail access etc. Here’s a step-by-step video to show you how.
You will need the Google Apps admin account for the domain. You’ll see I use http://mail.domain.com to log in whereas I realize there are other URLs you could use to log in to the dashboard, but it’s the easiest to remember!

Thank you so much – after hours of searching you hit it on the nose and got me back in, in minutes! Aloha, ~Su
this “video” link leads to a blip.tv ad and then… nothing. fail.
Thanks for the note about the video being down. Seems blip.tv wasn’t working any longer. I updated the video now and it’s hosted on YouTube (see above). Thanks again!
there is no manage account in my google apps account
Same problem. Google updated. Kinda sucks. Any ideas?
It sounds like you (ravi, Alex) don’t have “administrative” rights to the Google Apps account. Sounds like you have user accounts, but not admin accounts. You’ll need admin accounts to add a new email address to the domain.
Ahh sorry, I found out now that I was using the wrong email adress. I was using admin@alextutorials.com instead of my REAL admin account, alexkolozsy@alextutorials.com Simple and stupid mistake. Thanks for all your help :)
