WordPress Tutorial: Adding a Hyperlink

Using the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editing in WordPress, it’s easy to add a link to your site’s page/post/content. Just highlight the text you’d like to make a link, click the little chain link icon/button, insert your URL, choose whether you want the link to open in the same window or a new window, click insert, and you’re all set.

I’ve done only the basics with WordPress but am aware there are many features I just don’t know about. It may seem simple to you, but I watched the video about inserting hyperlinks and you answered some questions for me, helping me in this issue. I’ll look at the various links on your site and really appreciate them!
