Two years ago we did a site for Jim Benning and he wanted a new look for 2009: jimbenning.net. He had a site that he liked the look of in mind, sent me the URL and a few images, and we were off to the drawing board. We set up some nice thumbnails for posts and even an archive page of categories and posts, complete with those same thumbnails for each post. A custom sidebar that does what he wants, easily-embeddable video, and Jim can add those thumbnails and excerpts while on the road writing and traveling.
