Coming Out in the 1950′s

Phil Siegel needed a site up to basically give a YouTube video a home. He needed a solid site up fast. He needed to embed video and have a form where people could upload their link to their own YouTube video. Genesis + Gravity Forms + Likoma. Check out the Pye/Harris Project.

There’s another nice feature of Genesis that I used here–and it just makes it so fast and easy: templates per page or post. Genesis Layout Options, on all Genesis themes, let you choose, per individual page or post, what layout you’d like to use: Sidebar Left + Content, Content + Sidebar Right, Sidebar + Content + Sidebar, etc. See screenshot below.

The custom body class and custom post class will also let you assign a class just for that post or page. Wow, that’s a pain to do without digging into code. Looking forward to not digging into code? Check out Genesis.

Hi there! This post could not be written any better! Reading this post reminds me of my good old room mate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this page to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Thank you for sharing!
