Q: Can I host the site you build at XYZ Hosting Co?

A: Maybe. But please see some pitfalls of hosting at companies that shouldn’t be hosting companies.

Q: How do I set up my email?

A: It depends on your ISP (e.g. AT&T, Comcast) and your computer. More help here: Setting up you at yourdomain.com, webmail (email on the road), and Can’t send mail? Your ISP might require authentication.

Q: Can I make a line of text purple, Times New Roman, and font size 14?

A: Yes, but I recommend using heading tags instead of doing it manually.

Q: Do you do logos?

A: Not really, but Red Letter Day Graphic Design works wonders (my logo included).

Q: What’s your #1 most frequently asked question?

It’s probably a tie between, “Hey, my site is down! Where did it go?” and “I’m in a hotel and I can’t send email. What do I do?“
